I connected to Hathway, the broadband provider, for a new connection which they promised me to give within 24 hours. After I made the payment they told me there is infrastructure issue and hence the connection will not be possible at my residence.
So I asked them to refund my money. And its that day to this day, there is not a single update on that. They are not even answering my call.
