I have registered for the installation of jio fiber in my home and i paid the amount rs 2500/-, it has been almost a week still no installation when i ask the service incharge he says it will be done today everyday . I also tried contacting customer care and tried to complaint instead of registering complaint they aslo keep saying it will be done today . I asked them to cancel the order and refund my paid amount that aslo they aren’t doing plus now they have stopped answering my call.

I have purchase a new connection from GTPL few days back. Has recharged for 6 months.
Since last two days Internet is not working and no body is responding properly. Just saying that our technical team will come but still since two day no one is interested to resolve the problem. Please help me on this. This is my complaint number 18787031.
