Text of Complaint by Manan Jani:

I was offered free data from airtel from 15 may 2019, i was able to use data till 17 may, after that the internet service was not working as it was supposed to. I also have called to the customer care specialist (LATIF KURESHI, AHMEDABAD HEAD OFFICE) but he started giving useless solutions like you have to disable to another sim card to use internet on AIRTEL network, i tried to ask another solution but he was not responding very well saying this is the only option you have, still I’m not able to use the internet on my phone.

Please AIRTEL solve these kind of problem and teach you customers care specialist LATIF KURESHI to have some courtesy while talking to the customer and to give them right solutions, disabling another sim card is not even a solution.
