It’s been 10 days since I have been facing issues with the Airtel Broadband connection. I have raised many complaints but I am not getting a permanent resolution. No technician is paying a visit to the location but a text message is sent saying the issue has been resolved. Airtel customer service is not at all taking the issue seriously. They are neither providing me with a solution nor disconnecting my services.
