Hi,
I am from Kelambakkam Chennai. We opt for Internet connection from rajnet Padur branch and paid for 1 year subscription.
After 2 months, out connection got disconnected. We raised with them and they said some cable issue and it will get resolved in a week of time
After multiple followups, they didn’t react for anything and we are forced to move to another network
They didn’t even refund the amount we paid
