Good day @Airtel. I’m Omoyemi Emmanuel, and I’ve been an Airtel user for a while now and I’ve not been satisfied with certain things that seemed like restrictions to me.
It’s disheartening to see me been manipulated of my low asset. I’m a regular night browser cos I tend to download large files by then but for now Airtel has changed their service setting that would make customers be charged from their normal data balance even after I subscribed for night sub that night. [16/072020] I just noticed it, my data bundle ran dry while doing night sub. THIS ISN’T FAIR, you made me lose on both sides and I have less with me. You’d better rectify it and I should kindly be compensated. 07086931184. Kindly HELP. Thanks!
