Text of Complaint by Nitish:

Despite repeated requests and formal complaints to Airtel customer care my issue remains unresolved. my issue regarding [I have a 5G unlimited data plan, but still, my data is reducing. I am in 5G network area, my mobile always shows 5G connection, my device is 5G compatible but still my data is reducing. and now I am unable to use my internet now.]. I have made several attempts to get the matter addressed, but Airtel has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. i am attaching a screenshot of message. I therefore request the Hon’ble Consumer Commission to take appropriate action against Airtel, direct them to rectify the issue and grant suitable compensation for the inconvenience caused to me.
