Text of Complaint by Rishabh Kumar:

I have raised a SR for my Postpaid Mobile Services. SR is all about on emergency call the 4G network bandwidth automatically set to 2G for a long time and I have to switch it to other network. It’s a very bad experience having a postpaid customer. Now, the SR automatically got closed and it was not visible on to my Airtel thanks app. I reported it back on 5th July.
