I’ve just recharged with rs. 199  pack. which gives 1 GB/day but when I contacted to customer care they said I’ve already used all the data given. This is happening from last 15 days so I recharged again and called customer care but then again it says that I’ve used all the data. How can i use data even when i haven’t turned on the data connection.

I had to use wifi connection to use your airtel thanks app. what kind of service you provide? Totally disappointed with your service.  please have solutions to our network problems ASAP.
