Hi,
I want to complaint against Airtel internet service on prepaid sim. From last, 3-4 months, I am facing internet connectivity issues where I am not able to use it because internet doesn’t work at all.
I have tried to contact Airtel customer care but because of COVID-19 pandemic, it is simply impossible to get them on call. However, one they called me and I registered a complaint. This happened at least 2 months back and no action was taken.
I am recharging with 84 days plan with 2 GB data per day but I am not able use 100 mb of that data just because it does not work.
I am complaining to take some action against their promise of service and what they are providing.
Very bad experience. 3-4 months of bad service is very questionable and that’s why I am raising complaint so that Airtel can provide answer to it.
