Internet service at my place is disrupted since 20th May.Each and every day I am reporting this, and every time they are making fake promises to get it done. I belong to Behala Parnasree, 700060.Still I have got no service. Horrible service. No one is attending call from customer support executive. Great. Now I need to change the broadband to different connection. Thank you for your prompt response and such a horrible support during this time.
