This is with respect to the complaints registered for my airtel ‘my wifi’ device sim – 7204054843.
This sim has suddenly stopped connecting to internet on the ‘myWifi’ device. I tested it on phone where i am able to make calls but internet is not connecting on phone also. Same time i checked my phone’s airtel postpaid sim on wifi device and it is working fine.
When I contacted support, they are not clear about the issue and refused to listen to me in 4 calls. They blindly informed me twice this issue will resolve only on 5th August !
I am surprised to accept this while i am in Kerala and pursuing “home quarantine” and working from home using this Wifi device, where i cannot go out or get a new sim for this unknown issue! I lost my two working days marked as leave due to no internet connectivity.
