I have requested for internet connection shifting of Airtel vide the req id 136199058 order number : 92956850 which was not done due to their in efficiency of the customer care service team. I have waited for more than 72 hours but no resolution was given to me hence asked them disconnect my connection and initiate the refund it is been more than 2 weeks now I have not received my refund and Customer services executive from Begumpet are threatening me by saying the request will be kept on hold intentionally when i was trying to explain my concern.
I have received 5 confirmation calls for same deactivation of my internet services but no one has given me any confirmation of my refund and the estimated date.
I am deeply in mental trauma created by Airtel customer care services. If the issue is not resolved am going to take this up with criminal procedures of cheating as per IPC sections available
Stop harassing me for your wrong doing and let customer live peacefully
