I HAVE RECHARGED ON 19TH OCTOBER 2022 WITH RS. 2879 FOR ANNUAL PACK 4G DATA WITH CALLING AND SMS INCLUDED WITH CERTAIN LIMIT. SINCE LAST 2 DAYS MY DATA GETS RENEWED WITH DAILY USAGE LIMIT OF 2GB INTERNET DATA AND IT GETS EXHAUST WITHIN 15-20 MINUTES TIME. THIS IS VERY ANNOYING AS ALL MY AUTO UPDATES ARE OFF AND BEING TECHIE I HAVE CHECKED ALL THE DETAILS IF ANY BACKGROUND UPDATES ARE OFF. TODAY AFTER CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE I HAVE RECEIVED A REPLY “TO WATCH VIDEO ABOUT HOW EFFICIENTLY USING DATA PACK” I STILL DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY CUSTOMER CARE DIDN’T CHECK MY ACTIVATED PLAN WHICH I HAVEN’T OPT FOR.
MY MOBILE HAS STARTED REFLECTING 5G ACTIVATED ON MY MOBILE PHONE WHICH I DIDN’T SELECT WHILE RECHARGING ON 19-OCT-2022.
REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY INTERVENE AND HELP THIS AS KIND OF SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER WHO RECHARGED ANNUALLY AND PAID IN ADVANCE, COMPANY STARTED BLUFFING.
