dear jio,

first of all thanks to provide service 24hours.

but last few days after start 3rd lock down period your internet service is very poor its not jut some particular time, its entire day day. please understand the situation we have pay for your service you could not get service free of cost. if you does not improve your service time to take action aging-st with you.
