Dear concern,
I am using currently two plans of airtel one is an unlimited pack of 598 which contains unlimited calls and 1.5 gb data per daily basis and another pack I am using is of 399 which contains 3 gb data per day . But after using 1.5 gb of the pack I am not able to use the rest of the remaining data. As I tried to call customer service but couldn’t get any sort of solution. It’s really inconvenience for me as I am not able to do my work and it’s creating such problems.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve at the earliest.
