Respected Sir,
I am Service provider my Name Chetan Padhiyar from C-214, safal 7, Nr.Soni chawl Rakhiyal, Ahmedabad I have type this mail regarding my bad experience with GTPL Brandband and poor service from him
I have paid in advance for Two year broadband service as my work is net based. I have compulsory net service in my office. Without net service i cant do my works For 15 days GTPL internet service did not work properly and every day there were no internet issues. they have technical issues but till they have not sorted out these issues.I am facing many problems. I am not doing my work on time.I have called many time to customer care and they have given me 24 hour time to short out but they have failed and again next 24 hour same issues and same answer
Kindly solve my issues and get me proper solutions we can’t work without internet and GTPL not understand this issues
