I paid for internet service an amount of Rs 800 from khalti app so that the service won’t be interrupted in the coming month. The internet service I am complaining is loop net service, bardaghat, nawalparasi.
The next day I had problem in service . I continuously called them for the maintenance issue as the router was showing red sign. However, they don’t seem to take care about it . I had called more than enough but they show no interest. Now I want my money back . Please help me
