we want to file a consumer case against our isp provider (HOME NET A 16 GAURAV ANNEXURE RRT ROAD MULUND WEST MUMBAI 80 ph : 66211333) , they are asking us to pay the price for the wire that was cut .
we have asked to cancel and refund our amount for 3000/-for yearly recharge that we have paid ,but they are refusing to pya back we have paid the amount of recharge on 31.3.22 .
since 5 days our internet is not working since 22.4.22
