Hi,
I am jio fiber user 6213550495, I am not able to use internet since last 4 days, already registered complaint about the issue Service ID SR00001AF7SD on 13/04/2022 but got only the estimated time of 2 hrs for resolution. But still internet is unavailable. I never experienced this type of ignorance of issue. Please look into it ASAP as it is really impacting the whole office works and getting escalations.
Need refund or extension of validity of no of days it not provided internet
