I am using 4+ card of Airtel in family plans.
We all are facing issue of slow internet while indoors at my office during day time and at home during night time. Have registered many complaint regarding this.
After 10-15 days, message received that your complaint is resolved. How it is possible without site survey.
Below is the message received 5 min ago.
“Hi, the Service Request No. 31-3713588105514 related to Network on your Airtel Number 9**9*0**65 has been closed. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, contact 198 or Appellate to raise an appeal”
Pl do needful for the same.
