I opened the speed issue ticket more than 75 days ago and frequent connectivity issue more than 10 days ago. None of the tickets have been resolved. I opted for a 100 mbps plan but getting a speed of 20 to 30 mbps, called many times but fake promises and no resolution for 75 days. I’m feeling scammed.
