Thae internet is not working properly infact a 5 to 10 kb image and many times a web page can’t open. I have recharged 1 year plan of 2 gb per day a lot of my work and study is depend on online. I have tried so many time to contact jio customer service. On Jio app it also check speed test and showing your speed is so slow but speed is still very slow. How can i get better service.
