During quarantine I applied for work from home at noble bright solution company. The company call me and said that it’s a part time job and I don’t have to pay anything for the joining fees. They said I have to fill 700 forms for 7 days without fail. They send me an email of how to do the work and they mentioned that o have signed one agreement with the company. In the mail one company helpline number is there and an email address. I finished filling the 700 forms for 7 days. I got some forms mistakenly filled which I didn’t know at first till out of the blues I got an email from an advocate that there is a case against me from noble bright solution company staying that I didn’t finish filling the form on time and that I didn’t pay the registration amount. They mention that if I fail to pay the registration amount in the given time plus the file case fees from the company (4700+3000). If I fail I have to report to court and pay Rs 150000. I cleared all the dues the next day and I receive a NOC letter mentioned ” that the company and me have no objection in the future towards the company”. After a week or so I receive another mail from Arbitration Department that I have another 11 months of agreement with the company and if I wish to cancel the agreement I have to be present in court and pay the cancellation fee. I don’t know now what to do.
I would really appreciate if you would clear these doubts.
