I faced data issued for last ten days I called many time to idea consumer care any resistered my complain about this, but he said your complain resister and we will resolve your problem within 39 hours and inform you I am still waiting and after some days communicate again but same result find
This is my humble request with you is that please take a suitable action against it .
I am a student and i do not have much money to waste like this
Idea service need a Rs 35 per month recharge because of he faced loss ,
Then why he waste my recharges plan last 8 to 10 days and i don’t know how many days it continues
I just want a justified solution …if hr unable to give me network of data then he increses my plan ….
