I am using 2 sims of JIO 1 is postpaid other is prepaid. I am not getting a good network for its only network on my roof only, so when class happens, I cannot get good internet, not for uploading and downloading purposes. one day I have a placement tesf mine the test-taking company requires 2MB downloading and uploading speed but they not provided how we take our class in the village and when I complain to customer care they don’t resolve my problem. if I change my network services same with that also. I am required 2 MB downloading and uploading speed but they are not provided. they show in our ads its fastest network with 30mbps speed. please do somthing.
