I have taken 699 plan prepaid. So everyday I should get 2 GB data as per the plan. From 4 days my internet is very slow I can’t able access with the proper speed. Please help me to solve this problem.
I am a teacher taking online classes. There is a lot disturbance and inconvenience for the class becoz of this speed. As I trust compared to all other networks airtel is best but now it is being a problematic for my job. I can’t able to take the class. Kindly rectify the problem ASAP.
