Dear sir
My internet speed is very slow very low network tower show and when i am in a call than it show full network and good internet speed but i was complaint many time on 198 but they are not solve my issue and some time they put my call on hold for a long time 15min to 1 hour. I also go for jio store they me for replacement of sim but daily they told me that our replacement boy not attend so you will come tomorrow. I was daily go there and they told same things. Now what can i do.
