Hi Team,

I have sent emails and raised complaint but no resolution yet. The technician came and changed the router and after that internet is not working like before..it’s terribly poor. My previous router was good D-Link n now he set up something else and asking me to pay extra 1300 to buys some wifi booster online which was not the case all these years. I also changed my plan as I was literally paying 1309 every month and not being able to use the net at all. Please help me solve this. Please.. during this pandemic WFH is there where net is primary need please help.
