I have recharged my phone numbers ****010 and ****501 with 449 pack on 24th August 2020. I used YesBank mobile recharge utilities for this purpose. The money is deducted from my bank but the recharges has not been reflected in both my airtel numbers.
Therefore I visited the YesBank branch in my place which suggested to me that the issue was with Airtel. The bank said the payment went to Airtel. So, I visited Airtel Office in my place. The employees are not polite and they told me that the money may be refunded but not 100% certain. This looks very fishy to me. I also tried to contact Airtel via their twitter PM and facebook page messenger but there is no response even after 30 hours has passed.
