Hi team,
I took internet/broadband service of Airtel on 1 Nov 2020 in a hope that i will get good internet service and continue my work without any disruption. However since 1st week onwards I facing issue of disconnection for more than of 4 hours and it continues every 4th day. I mailed to Airtel 121, Nodel and appellate but issue still persist. They just reply me that they facing outrage problem in my area. I didnt forced Airtel to provide their service, they told me that they provide good service in my area and they happy to take my installation request but now every week I am getting reason having issue in my area.
I request please register my complaint, I want airtel to refund my complete amt and stop their pathetic service. There are lot companies to switch.
