Internet not working for more then 12 days, tried calling Customer care, sent mail to helpdesk and even tweeted for FOC wire change. i have paid installation amount and C care team confirmed me twice that i don’t need to pay any amount but still it is not done.
Tweet attached and call recording with change of wire Free of cost also shared on mail to helpdesk but nothing happening. they closed my complaint even without solving issue and they didn’t bother to informed me of closing my complaint.
