My internet gone down on 16 Oct 2021. SR no – 10000550936. I have called in Airtel Fiber net customer care 7 times and mail marked to 6 times in customer care as well as to Appellate.upwest@in.airtel.com but no any single call received from service team to attend complaint. 8 days gone but internet is still down. Airtel assured Custer support under 24 hrs but even after 174 hrs no internet is still down. Last time they took 5 days to resolve problem. This time problem still not resolved.
