Your service is very poor, my internet is down since 18-Dec-22, in spite repeated complaints and calls to your service engineer, nothing is happening, your company is irresponsible in resolving customer complaint, which shows care a dam attitude towards its customers.
When you guys are prompt in disconnecting your service when bills are not paid, show the same attitude and concern in resolving the complaint also.
Pls let me know if the 10116593781 complaint will be resolved or not.
