I have complained to gtpl customer care at 3rd June and on next day they falsely marked my complain as resolved and due to this I again reopened my complain. Now whenever I call customer care they tell me that they have forwarded it to their technical team on urgent basis and it will be resolved . Now I don’t know what the term ‘urgent’ means on their dictionary as still internet is not working. Very poor service provided by gtpl.Never ever go for gtpl broadband service,better go with reputed ones like JIO and Airtel.
