Hi,
I am customer of Airtel Fiber with Airtel Xstream Fiber ID # 01232400467. I have logged a service request # 136936374 on 10 Sep’21, that my internet is not working. Today, it is 14 Sep’21 and I called the Airtel Xstream customer support multiple times but there is no resolution till 06:30 PM today. Everytime I called the support, false promises were made that, they are looking into it on priority and will be resolved in 2-4 hours.
I am just exhausted with the support and call out this as worst customer support system ever. I just wasted my 5 days behind this rubbish system and false commitments. There is no one in the system, who takes the requests seriously. Can someone tell me, what is the compensation of this troublesome effort to run behind this pathetic support for getting my issue resolved? I am just wasting my money and time to call the support again and again.
Please forward this thread to the person in your company, who made the TAT of 24 business hours to get the issue resolved; it is completely false and fraud. Is non-working of internet is such a big issue that took about 5 days and still open. I will make effort to take this in social media and consumer court to compensate my mentally torture of 5 days.
