I’m facing Internet issue From July end and till now also the internet is not working , I have complained many times but the company customer care is only talking abut the they will resolve it in 48 hours , and saying that technical team is working on it, few days before technical team said that my router will change and have taken the router with them , and till now they haven’t give me any router and I got the mail that my ticket is resolved which never happened , and when I call the customer care they said that they will coordinate with the technical team and said that my issue is started only 7 days back and the previous issue is not related to this issue , I said them to refund my money If they are not able to provide me the connection, but the said this is not possible . please help me with this I am suffering from 1 month and the Excitel is doing nothing to resolve my problem.
