Dear airtel,
It seems that LOCKDOWN has locked down the whole company where no one is there to listen your complaints and grievances.
After amphan cycloan hit the city, on 20th May, my WIFI have stopped working. Being an educated person I understand that during this time where many trees got uprooted, your services might take time to resolve the issue.
But unfortunately it has not started yet. I think 8 days is a considerable time where you can restore your services back to normal.
At first it was showing as network outage where i was unable to give request online. After constantly trying to connect I was able to input my request still it is not resolved.
Hope u guys understand that people are working from home and children are getting online classes. What is the reason that we should be using your services if you aren’t able to provide the same.
