I am trying to get in touch with the customer care and it is a complete waste of time as the IVR will not help me connect to any one and keeps saying i have consumed my data limit.
How do you even expect me to consume the data that i am still unable to use.
I think I have made a blunder to opt in coming back to Airtel as I have not faced such issues with other service providers.
I need someone to get in touch with me and get the issue sorted within the next 24 hours, if not I am going to port back all the 5 numbers associated with Airtel and I am not joking.
Internet is my basic need and you cannot deny me that while i am paying almost 1200 rupees per month.
