I have been complaining to airtel toll free and also at their office at kanpur since 18th november 2022. Till date my complaint has not been resolved. I fail to understand why. Everytime they just said your complaint would be resolved be patient.. trust us.. The staff at gumti no 5 kanpur- Sh anuj even goes on telling me that “itni dikkt h to best h company change krlo” and when i insisted to complain regarding him, he said ” meri company mera kch nai karegi complaint krne ka fyda nai”. I dont know when are they going to look after my complaint and resolve my issue .
