Internet service is not working in my entire place and around 1000 users are impacted and unable to use internet. Signal is also fluctuating all the time and not constant.
I have raised an ticket(31-3583166157313) before 4 days but your team has closed it without resolving the issue, now issue is even worse.
Being an platinum postpaid customer for more than a year, it’s really frustrating experience and for all users in my area.
Please resolve the issue and provide an proper resolution.
