Internet is not working from past 7 days and no resolution provided till now. Local person and customer care people talking is raised volume and misbehaving. I have raised so many tickets and it is getting closed all the time without resolving the problem. Worst broadband provider. Help me in getting my refund. I have paid 5300 rs for 6 months which is prepaid.
