I am not able to use internet service on my airtel number in any location. I have raised complaint with Airtel customer care on 14th jul complaint no. 31-3691371407095 which was expected to close by 29th july still no resolution has been provided whereas given a new time line of next 8days to resolve. I have been told that this problem is with specific to my number. Pathatic service and customer care agents what ever we say they have same response blaming on tech team capabilities, asking for more time and patience to wait for resolution and hight of miss using golden words sorry and thanks. I am wasting money paying airtel bills on time.
