This is to inform you that I filed a complaint for my Airtel broadband and fixed line on October 4, 2023, but I have yet to receive a response. Even after many calls to customer support, I have yet to receive an answer, and they are denying supervisors that they would not be able to transfer the call. On 07-Oct-2023, one TL by the name of Gunjan answered my call, however I requested a follow-up if the issue was not handled, but the complaint remains open. During a conference call with your executive team 2-3 days ago, the engineer denied coming to my premises. Still team is not bothered to provide any kind of resolution. Highlighted the same case to nodal, applet and CEO still getting only robotic response
