I have purchased the Broad band connect from GTPL on November for 1 year package.
My internet is not working from 29 January and i have register a complain and executive stated in 48 hrs the issue will resolved but till till today (3rd February 2021) my complain is not resolved. I am constantly contacting the GTPL customer care but I have not got any proper answer from the GTPL customer executive team.
I have complain the Kamal the head of Gujarat team this morning(3rd February 2021) but till now the complain is not yet resolved.
