I have given complaint to jio fibre customer care on 05-03-2021,06-03-2021 on 07th mar Sunday Engineer visited home & told problem is outside & field team to come for resolve the proble & next day I escalate the same to jio customer care they told next day will resolve ie on 08-03-2021 & no response & again I called to jio customer care on 09-03-2021 twice morning & Evening there is no response till now fed up with jiofibre.
please help me to resolve the issue.
