I complained to Jio on Friday night, April 15th 2022, about my internet not working. They registered a complaint at 10:27PM and said they will send a service engineer the next day. They have since been giving me different times of their engineer visit but no one has come to my house till date. Today they went ahead and closed my complaint ticket without any resolution or engineer visit and without informing me or taking my permission to close the ticket. Meanwhile I am still paying for the internet service which I am not using.
