SR #10003361739 not resolved for 4 days….It’s been 4 days that the internet is not working at my house. I have spoken to multiple call center representatives and none of them were able to help. Your technician came and said he will be sending another person.
I am still waiting and waiting and waiting…..My work is getting impacted and I feel no body is paying attention to my problem.
I have been with airtel for more than 10 yrs and never had such a pathetic experience. There is lack of ownership which is not as per airtel standards.
I feel I made a wrong choice going with Airtel. Fake promises are being made everytime which is frustrating.
Can someone one look at the issue on priority.
