From last 4 months I am continuously complaining about my internet which is not working at night after 11:30 PM but still after 4 months the issue has not been resolved. I have raised this concern almost everyday from last 4 months but nothing has happened. Due to this my work from home is totally affected. I have received a warning letter from my office due to you bad connection as my working hours is used to be at night and I am not able to work because of connectivity issue. Now I have no option to file a case against you in consumer forum also. your local people are not picking up my phone nor addressing my issue.
And without even taking my concern or asking me whether my issue gets resolve or not you people just update my tickets as resolved which has never been resolved from last 4 months.
Kindly look at the matter.
