Hello Team,
Finally! I tied to up and writing this email. I tried to connect multiple people but no response from anyone I searched many customers care numbers on the internet and through the public portal but nothing is working in-shot all the no. getting IVR only no customer care agent connects. Is the process of Big Brand to connect with Customers, if yes then it’s worrying to carried out the Airtel.
I have taken the Airtel Fiber Connection and it is working intermittently even sometimes it’s disconnect and back after two-three hours, it is hampering my office work. while taking the connection marketing people came and did big promises but looks like the hollow nothing true. It’s been more than three weeks to facing the issue.
The Airtel Fiber box which has installed on the nearest pole in an open condition same has been asked to Airtel guys but response yet even no complain no. yet.
Let us know how to process it and how much time it will take to rectify it’s affecting my work.
Lead to Airtel, my few neighbors are interested to take to new fiber connection and asking me to experience shall I share such a horrible experience with them?

Also want to know while taking the connection I paid 500 rupees extra cash amount to cabling person for that I didn’t receive the receipt and anything as per my experience there is no extra cost charging the lineman for connection.
